Tell us what, where and when and we will collect, buy or deliver it for you.

You can choose to have your products within 45 minutes or 2 hours to receive. We ensure that you have any desired product at home as quickly as you want.

Ask us what you want and we will deliver it directly wherever you want. You can make purchases as well as have products delivered that are already yours.

How does it work?
We can buy and / or deliver products for you throughout Amsterdam through this simple step-by-step plan:
  • Download the App or order via our Website
  • Choose your category or choose "All"
  • Give us instructions on which product it is
  • Tell us where and when you want it
  • Confirm your delivery or purchase by paying via iDeal or Credit card

Purchase:
For example, if you want to buy a beautiful bouquet of 15 red roses for your partner:

  • Choose, in our App or on our Website, the category "Gifts"
  • Choose the subcategory "Flowers"
  • Fill in the description: “A bouquet of 15 red roses”;
  • Enter the purchase and delivery address
  • Choose a delivery within 45 minutes, within 2 hours or plan your order
  • Enter your estimated amount
  • Select your payment method
  • Confirm your order

A purchase is for items you want to purchase that cost less than $ 50. Think of: groceries; products from the baker, butcher, greengrocer, fishmonger; juices, clothing, shoes, jewelry, glasses, lenses, sports equipment, pain killers, vitamins, contraception, books, games, gadgets, mobile electronics, care products, perfume, make-up, flowers, chocolate, toys, baby items, etc.)


Delivery:
For example, do you want us to collect your glasses that you have already paid for:

  • Choose, in our App or on our Website, the category "Clothing & Accessories"
  • Choose the subcategory "Glasses & Lenses"
  • Enter in the description: "Pick up my dark blue sunglasses after repair"
  • Add a photo of your pick-up receipt or confirmation email
  • Enter the pick-up and delivery address
  • Choose a delivery within 45 minutes, within 2 hours or a scheduled delivery
  • Select your payment method
  • Confirm your order

A delivery is for items that you have already bought and that you want us to collect and deliver for you. Consider, for example, recent purchases (such as clothing, shoes, jewelry, books, groceries, pharmacy items, documents, mobile electronics, gadgets, care products, gifts, etc.), but also products that you have had in your possession for some time (dry cleaning articles, books, study articles, other documents, keys, cards, clothing, shoes, jewelry, glasses, mobile electronics, gadgets, care products, etc.).

Who are our couriers?

Jop's couriers are independent professionals who are connected through our platform. Together with their smartphone and vehicle, they are happy to help you with your order as quickly and effectively as possible. Would you also like to become a courier? Super! Contact us at [email protected]

How big can my order be?

Couriers can transport whatever you want. We can transport products by delivery bag, but also larger products with our electric cargo bike (maximum dimensions 100cm x 70cm x 66cm). This equates to 9 crates in size.

How heavy can my order be?
Couriers can transport whatever you want. Our delivery bags can handle a weight of 9kg and our electric cargo bike up to 100kg.
I want to return my order. What should I do?
Jop collects everything for you and takes it wherever you want. For example, are your shoes that we have collected for you too small or is your jacket too big? We are happy to exchange it for you in the store, if available.

Please note: we will exchange it exclusively for you, without the intervention of an additional payment to the establishment. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to purchase new items for you, or apply to you receiving your return shipment from a location. If you want to return something that requires a payment or refund or if you have a complaint about a product, you can currently only go to the purchase location. Please note that the usual delivery costs are charged for a return shipment.

Do you transport people and / or animals?

Although we would like to transport your beloved dog or cat, we do not currently offer this. Perhaps in the future …… so keep a close eye on our App

How do I find what I want?
Follow the step-by-step plan below:
  • In the main screen of the app you will find eight different categories.
  • If you click on these categories you will find subcategories with the products you need.
  • If you cannot find your product here quickly, search for it in the search or favorites bar above.
  • Still can't find it now? Then choose the "All" button at the top left of the main screen. This allows you to send any request you want.

What are the payment options?

You can currently only pay with your bank card or credit card. Payment in cash may be possible in the future. If you want to place all orders on an invoice basis, order by e-mail or telephone. 

Is it safe to add my credit or debit card to my Jop account?
Our payment system through the app is completely secure. To further guarantee your security, we avoid storing bank details.
Why was I asked to verify my identity? 
We are committed to ensuring that our platform is reliable and secure for you and all our Jop members. Therefore, our employees may ask you for proof of identity if unknown or "suspicious" actions are detected. If this happens, please attach the requested documents to continue using your Jop account. Security is critical to us, so do not share your account or payment information with anyone who is not an internal Jop employee. Furthermore, we would also like to remind you of the importance of different passwords for each platform you use. If you suspect that someone is using your credit / debit card on our platform without permission, please contact us immediately via the contact form and take the necessary legal action with your bank and the authorities.
Do I have to tip my couriers?
If you think your carrier deserves to be tipped, why not? Couriers are free to accept tips, but they should never ask for them.
How does the estimated amount work with a purchase?
With your purchase you will see a bar where you have to choose an estimated amount. This estimated amount is a broad estimate of the product you wish to order through Jop. You pay this amount to us, together with the delivery amount and will later be settled with the actual final amount after delivery of the order. The amount you will see when you confirm your order is the estimated amount plus the delivery amount.

Example:
You order 15 roses from your favorite florist and estimate the amount at more than € 35. After purchase, the roses do not cost € 35, but € 30. We will transfer this € 5 difference to you immediately after delivery of the order.
I did not order this. What should I do?
Is the product not exactly what you expected? Please let our customer service know, as we would like to avoid such situations in the future. Return shipments without the intervention of a payment (an exchange item), for example shoes in a different size, can be returned by us. Then the new product will be delivered to you. Return shipments involving payment or complaints can only be addressed to the purchasing location.
How do I place an order?
When choosing our App:
  • Download the App or order directly from our Website
  • Choose your "Category" or choose "All"
  • Give us instructions on which product it is
  • Tell us where and when you want it
  • Confirm your delivery or purchase by paying via iDeal or Credit card

You can also order from us via the Website or by E-mail and Whatsapp.

You can have products delivered to Jop that have already been paid, but you can also buy products up to a value of € 50. You do this by connecting your credit card to our platform or paying with iDeal. When making a purchase, an estimate is requested, which is settled with the final final amount after delivery of the order.

At Jop there are 3 options:
  • Have something delivered: with only a pick-up and delivery address, you can order a courier to ship everything.
  • Have something picked up: with only a collection and delivery address you can order a courier to have everything picked up.
  • Let Jop buy something: you can have Jop buy products for you and have them delivered where you want in Amsterdam.

What benefits does Jop have for my company as a seller?

  • Jop offers a company the opportunity to improve their service by having products delivered within 45 minutes. At the checkout, a customer can, for example, choose to have his / her products delivered instead of dragging heavy bags, or a customer can have Jop purchase the products in the physical store and deliver them.
  • The local and physical stores in Amsterdam are getting a boost because the number of purchases in their stores is increasing, because
    • Customers do not have to carry their own bags of products which improves the purchasing experience.

How much does an order cost?

Jop collects everything for you, within 2 hours, for only € 4.95! Do you choose Jop-direct, then you even have your product within 45 minutes! Jop-direct costs € 4.95 for food & drinks and € 7.50 for all other categories. A cargo bike delivery costs € 7.50 for a small delivery and € 9.95 for larger deliveries.

What is Jop-direct?
Jop collects everything for you and delivers everything within a maximum of 2 hours. However, if you need a product faster, you can make use of Jop-direct. Jop-direct ensures that your product is delivered immediately, with a maximum duration of 45 minutes.
What does Jop-direct cost?
This exclusive service that ensures that your products are delivered immediately and always within 45 minutes costs only € 4.95 for food and € 7.50 for all other products.
Is Jop available in my area?
Jop is currently active within the Amsterdam ring road. Do you still want to have a package sent outside the Amsterdam ring road? This is possible for a fee of € 0.98 per kilometer (Any additional costs will be charged after the application has been approved by Jop).
What are your opening times?

Jop is open Monday to Saturday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (8:00 AM - 8:00 PM). For example, if you would like to have something delivered or collected the next morning at 8:45 AM, you can do this by placing this order before 8:00 PM.

How do I change the details of my order?

If you want to change or cancel the details of your scheduled order, please go to your scheduled order and click "Cancel Order". Once your order has been canceled, post a new one with your required products and delivery / collection details. You can also choose to give us a call on +31681158812. 

What can I order?
You can have all products delivered and shipped you want. Would you like us to go to the pharmacy for you? Do you need documents that you would like to have collected or delivered? Do you fancy a pizza or something else tasty? Would you like to have a pair of shoes or clothes picked up somewhere? Have you forgotten your keys… again? We mean it: everything you want, delivered within a maximum of 2 hours (At Jop-direct within 45 minutes).
What means of transport do couriers use?
We strive to use environmentally-friendly vehicles as much as possible, such as: a bicycle, electric bicycle, electric cargo bike, electric scooter, etc. With this we ensure that your order is delivered quickly and in an environmentally friendly manner. We also have electric cargo bikes for larger deliveries and catering.

Couriers carry a secure transport backpack, which is made of durable, waterproof material and also has foam insulation. Furthermore, this ultramodern bag is provided with aluminum foil for minimal heat loss and minimal heating of cold products. They can carry whatever you want as long as it weighs less than 9kg and fits in a 35cm x 33cm x 43cm box (10 pizza boxes by volume). We can transport products by delivery bag, but also larger products with our electric cargo bike (maximum dimensions 100cm x 70cm x 66cm). This equates to 9 crates in size.
How do I change my phone number?
You can change your phone number in the menu at your "profile. After you have entered this change, you will receive a verification code. After entering this verification code, your phone number will be changed immediately.
How do I change my e-mail address?
You can change your e-mail address in the menu at your "profile". After you have completed this change you will receive a verification email. After confirmation your e-mail address has been changed immediately.
How do I change my password?
You can change your password in the menu at your "profile". After you have entered this change you will receive a notification. Your password will be changed immediately after confirmation.
What devices is our service available on?
Currently our app can be downloaded for both smartphones and tablets on iOS devices (App Store). A version for Android devices (Play Store) is coming in the future. If you are not currently in possession of an iOS device, order directly via our website, by e-mail or Whatsapp. 

Note: the user who has an account with Jop is always responsible for his / her order.
When will my order arrive?
All orders from Jop arrive within 2 hours and from Jop-Direct within 45 minutes. As a result, you will see your estimated delivery time, before it is picked up, for 2 hours or 45 minutes. Once your order has been picked up, you will see your order in "real time" including all steps in the collection or delivery process and the estimated delivery time (for example: status: "picked up" and time: "10 minutes".

As long as you have an assigned carrier, you can track your order in "real time" and communicate with the carrier if you have any questions. You will be informed in the app of all steps in the pick-up or delivery process and see the estimated time of your delivery. If you don't have an assigned carrier yet, your order will remain in the system pending assignment.
Products are missing or the order contains the wrong content. 
If you have received an incomplete or incorrect order, please go to the menu in your profile in the app and click "Help". We will contact you as soon as possible.
The order has arrived in a bad condition. 
If your order arrived in a bad condition, go to the menu in your profile in the app and click "Help". We will contact you as soon as possible.
How do I cancel my order? How much is this?
You can cancel your order, but cancellation charges may apply. Cancellation fees will be charged in the following situations:
  • If a courier has already accepted your order and is on its way to your order, € 2.50 will be charged.
  • If the courier has already picked up your order, € 4.95 will be charged.

You can cancel your order for free if it has not yet been accepted by a courier. If the courier has already collected your order and is on its way to the delivery location, you can have it returned for you.
How do I change my order?
If you want to change your order, simply contact your courier. From the moment a courier has accepted your order, you can contact each other by telephone.
Which payment methods does Jop accept?
We accept payments via iDeal and Credit Card (Visa, Master Card and American Express).
